Estrella de La Paz was created by the sheer popularization of photoblogging around the world. The mission is to inspire, encourage and unite the global photoblogging community. And as we all know…. La Paz is not off this planet so let’s be part of the photo blogging community! We set out to find out why people choose to photoblog – Yes, yes, they connect to others, become a part of a community and improve their photographic skills. But these are mostly the outcome and reward of photobloging and not the initial motive. Before photoblogging we been posting our photos on sites like flickr or Picasa or our La Paz gallery pages here on the L.P. Infotheque. Very boring, after some time, and a good motivation to get a photoblog. We will continue with our gallery here yet main ‘lods’ as now the carnaval images provided by RC Foto and other contributors will be, with reference from here posted at the Estrella de La Paz photo blog. After all: Estrella means star in spanish and La Paz is our “star”!
