La Paz Mixta

You ever had a “Papa Mixta” at one of the taco stands?? We love that stuff. It’s a potato in aluminum foil backed and then everything in it – clean out the kitchen-sink: corn, mushrooms, crema, different kind of meat – we get the beef – turkey mix. Just yummie! We call that page here La Paz Mixta cause we just have a mix of images on here that have on thing in common: La Paz. The rest is open….
