The authors goal was it to create a complete Mexican food lexicon. Fine job she/he been doing. Well, at least they placed a warning that it will print out in 35 plus pages…... This link and the list - mexican-spanish -> english and english -> spanish on that page is a big help when making the grocery list! It is a HUGE help; way beyond my many, many cookbooks! They have tried, to include only words and expressions used in Mexico.  I'm sure they don't have them all because there are so many regional terms that don't make it into the dictionaries or the dozens of Mexican food lexicons on the web that have been searched.
