Carnaval in La Paz would best be described as one heck of a street fair. Food, crafts and of course, blanket vendors line the Malecón. Carnival rides are located north of 5 de Mayo on the Malecón. Three stages host a variety of headline entertainment including Ranchero Singer Rodrigo Fernández "Queens for a Night" TV Stars; Estrella, Aranza and Erika and Cuban singing sensation Niurka. This is the 103rd Carnaval de La Paz.
